Derrick spent years helping his late great-aunt—and later his in-laws in their 80s—navigate email, banking apps, and the scams that kept arriving in their inboxes. He knew the answers. What they needed was someone patient enough to explain them without making them feel behind.
With 25+ years in cybersecurity, technology consulting, and digital transformation—plus two decades of professional coaching—Derrick founded SafeNest so every senior has access to the same calm, plain-spoken guidance he gave his own family.
